RMA RETURNING PROMISE
Lucoric promises a 180 day quality guarantee. During this period, if customers have any quality issues with any parts provided by Lucoric, please follow our RMA return process to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solutions.
If you have any questions about the quality of the goods we supply, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible and provide the following necessary documents:
1. Invoice and packing list, then we can confirm transcation details in question in the quality control database at the first time.
2. Please mail a quality inspection report so that we can immediately contact relevant manufacturers to inquire about quality issues and eliminate potential risks.
Lucoric promises to provide positive countermeasures and resolution processes within 24 hours of receiving the customer's RMA application
For sample testing, we need customers to provide samples with questionable quality, and submit them to a third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis to identify the root cause of quality issues and more effectively respond to quality risks.
If the quality of the goods is confirmed to be defective, Lucoirc promises the customer to recall the goods in full and bear all transportation costs.
